Valpolicella Superiore DOC

Valpolicella Superiore is an italian red wine produced with Corvina and Rondinella grapes. It has a medium body and a moderate alcohol content. The color, a brilliant ruby red, is paired with a fresh scent, with cherry notes.

This label is dedicated to Stefano Accordini, founder of the company, because it was his favorite wine which he liked to drink during lunch every day.

Oenological
practice

Le uve vengono vendemmiate manualmente, assicurandosi che abbiano un ottimo grado maturazione e quindi pigiadiraspate. Infatti questo vino deve la sua “Superiorità” alla selezione delle migliori uve che lo compongono ed il fatto che viene affinato 6 mesi in legno di Rovere dove completa la fermentazione malolattica, successivamente 6 mesi in bottiglia, riducendo così l’acidità ed aumentando la morbidezza al palato.
