Valpolicella Superiore is an italian red wine produced with Corvina and Rondinella grapes. It has a medium body and a moderate alcohol content. The color, a brilliant ruby red, is paired with a fresh scent, with cherry notes.
This label is dedicated to Stefano Accordini, founder of the company, because it was his favorite wine which he liked to drink during lunch every day.
After maturation, grapes are hand-harvested then destemmed and crushed. “Superiore” means higher quality level, in fact only the best grapes are selected for making this wine and then it is aged 6 months in Oak barrels. During this time the malolactic fermentation is completed, finally it is aged 6 months in bottle so the wine becomes softer and very pleasant once in the glass.
Bright ruby red colour, medium structure and moderate alcohol content. Lively and with a note of fresh cherry to the nose. This is a wine for drinking young.
For every occasion, especially with main courses, soups and white meat.
